Terms of Service

AI Checkup is a website analysis tool designed to evaluate certain technical aspects of websites in relation to readiness for AI-driven search systems. The Service provides automated analysis and may include limited technical improvements based on analysis results. The Service is limited in scope and does not constitute a full website audit, consulting service, or complete optimization.

In particular:

• the Service analyzes primarily the homepage of a website
• only selected technical indicators and general configuration are evaluated
• the Service does not analyze all pages of a website
• the Service does not guarantee that all issues will be detected
• the Service does not guarantee that any recommendations will produce measurable results

Users acknowledge that the Service provides limited automated analysis and optimization only.

The Service may only be used by individuals or legal entities that are legally capable of entering binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Certain features of the Service may require the creation of an account. Users are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• ensuring the accuracy of account information
• all activity occurring under their account

The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to user accounts.

Users may submit websites for analysis. By submitting a website, users represent and warrant that they are the owner of the website or they have the legal authorization to analyze and modify the website.

The Company does not verify ownership of submitted websites. Users agree that the Company shall not be responsible for disputes or claims arising from the analysis of websites submitted by users. Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims resulting from unauthorized submissions.

To provide the Service, users may grant the Company access to their website, hosting account, or content management system. By purchasing or using the Service, users authorize the Company to:

• access the website or related technical systems
• review website configuration and technical settings
• perform technical optimizations related to AI-readiness
• implement recommended adjustments where applicable

Users agree to provide necessary credentials or technical access required to perform the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their website before granting access.

While reasonable care will be taken when performing modifications, the Company does not guarantee that changes will not affect website functionality, integrations, or appearance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, downtime, or technical issues resulting from website access or modifications performed as part of the Service.

The Service requires a one-time payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The Company does not store payment card information. Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment processing for the purchased Service. The Company is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

All purchases are generally non-refundable. However, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline providing the Service, cancel an order, or issue a refund. The Company may exercise these rights without providing a reason. Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Company.

The Service uses automated technologies including artificial intelligence to analyze websites and generate reports. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, rely on limited data, or become outdated.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are informational only. The Service does not provide professional, legal, marketing, SEO, or technical advice. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations.

The Company does not guarantee any results from using the Service. In particular, the Company does not guarantee that:

• a website will appear in AI search systems
• AI visibility will improve
• search rankings will increase
• traffic will increase
• business results will improve

AI search systems and search engines operate independently and are outside the control of the Company.

Users agree not to:

• submit websites without authorization
• use the Service for illegal activities
• attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• interfere with or disrupt the platform
• access systems without authorization
• use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automation

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and technology, is the property of Sharcon Media s.r.o. Users may use generated reports for their internal purposes. Users may not:

• resell reports
• redistribute reports commercially
• reproduce the software
• create competing services based on the Service

Users grant the Company the right to reference their website domain or company name in case studies, product demonstrations, and marketing materials. Users may request removal of such references.

By creating an account or purchasing the Service, users consent to receive service-related communications. These may include order confirmations, payment confirmations, service progress updates, delivery of reports and analysis, technical notifications, and support messages. These communications are considered essential service communications.

The Company may also send marketing communications, including product updates, new features, and promotional offers. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

The Service relies on third-party providers including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and artificial intelligence infrastructure. The Company does not control and shall not be responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to:

• loss of business
• loss of profits
• loss of revenue
• loss of data
• reputational damage
• search ranking changes
• website performance issues

In any case, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharcon Media s.r.o. and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the Service, submission of unauthorized websites, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, misuse of the Service is detected, or continued use may create legal or operational risks.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
